Geraldton - a city, and port in Western Australia in 424 km to the north from Perth. The fifth city on number in Western Australia. Now the city gets the basic profit on fishery, cultivation of wheat, sheep breeding and tourism. From sights the Cathedral and a beacon are known. The local college is known for that now all training passes in it with use by all students of laptops. It is the first similar experience. In a gulf at a city it is convenient to be engaged in surfing. Transport is presented by buses.

This professional holiday was founded by the Decree of the President of Russia № 1279 from October, 31st, 2002 in commemoration of 200-year-old anniversary of Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Among diplomats also there is a version, that Day of the diplomatic worker is celebrated on February, 10th as this day in 1549 there was earliest mention of the Ambassadorial Order, the first foreign policy department of Russia.
