Karratha - a city in Western Australia which has appeared in the late sixties with development around extraction of iron ore. The name occurs from a pasture which was on a city place. Karratha in local Primordial language means the good country or the soft earth. The city airport is the second for volume of transportations in Western Australia. Now besides extraction and export of iron ore the city also delivers ammonia in other areas of the country, extracts oil. The city actively grows, is built up. In Karratha there is a huge shopping centre, restaurants, night clubs, hotels.

From July, 6 till July, 14th in Pamplona is celebrated a holiday, devoted to St. Fermin, bishop living in ХIII century, who rescued Pamplona from plague epidemic. Being first purely religious, later the holiday has turned in colourful national celebrations.
