Canada is located in the northern part of North America, has an outlet to the waters of Arctic, Pacific and Atlantic oceans.
Climate in the territory of Canada is moderate subarctic. The average temperature in the country is various; in some places in winter the thermometer column falls to -35 °С and rises to +30 °С in summer.
Canada concerns the states of migratory type. That means that the country population is generated from constant inflow of immigrants from the different countries of the world.
In Canada there is a considerable quantity of natural sights. The park of dinosaurs which is in the river Red Dir valley is one of them. Under the decision of UNESCO it was claimed the object of a world heritage.
In Toronto from a viewing platform there is fine view on the Canadian waterfall, one of three Niagara Falls.
Also in Canada there are many historical monuments. For example, in the city of Ottawa there is old Catholic church Notre Dame Basilica and not far from it the well-known Midday Cannon.
In the country there are more than 2100 museums and historical monuments, 34 national parks.
