Cuba is the island state which is located in the western part of Caribbean Sea.
Climate is subtropical. It is softened by the warm sea stream. The mid-annual temperature fluctuates nearby + 25 °С. The season of rains passes during the period from May till October.
Now Cuba is the communistic republic which head is the chairman of the State Council. Agriculture is presented by the branches of sugar cane, coffee, tobacco and fig cultivation. Fishery and extraction of seafood is developed here.
In this country historical monuments and sights have remained in large amount. Moro Fortress, the City Town Hall and other sights of the old centre of Havana that is Havana Viejo are all considered the world cultural heritage. There are more than 200 museums in Cuba; however, the most well-known museums are the National museum, Ernest Hemingway’s house-museum and the Colonial museum.
The main place of interest in Cuba is the beach with black sand at the northern coast of island.
