Equatorial Guinea is located in the Central Africa at the coast of gulf of Guinea. The country borders on Cameroon and Gabon.
Climate here is equatorial. Seasonal fluctuations of temperature in Equatorial Guinea are insignificant; the mid-annual temperature is +25 °С.
In XV century the country’s territory has been opened by the Portuguese seafarers, and in XVI century it was colonized. In 1778 this territory has passed in possession of Spain under the name of Spanish Guinea.
Nowadays country has the republican government system. The country is divided into 7 provinces.
Equatorial Guinea is the agrarian country. Most part of the population is occupied in agriculture. Here farmers basically grow up export cultures of cocoa and coffee.
Most tourists come to Equatorial Guinea to get acquainted with culture of the African countries. As well as almost in all Africa, here there pass various festivals with national songs and traditional dances.
