Bad Salzuflen is a town in the Lippe district of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It has c. 54,000 inhabitants. Bad Salzuflen, known for its saltwater and thermal baths, is an old city with many historical buildings. The town is the birthplace of comedian Jürgen von der Lippe and the soccer player Thomas Helmer.
