This is a state in the south of Asia, on the Hindustan peninsula. It is bordered by Pakistan, Afghanistan, Nepal, Sri-Lanka and Bhutan.
India is a federative republic; the head of state is president.
The weather is dry and cool. From March till May it’s dry and hot all over the country. Ganges is a holy river for the whole country.
India is agrarian and industrial country. This is a place where rice, sugarcane, cotton grow in ample quantity. The country is rich with coal, ore and it is also a leather production’s exporter.
Many monuments are located here. Madras Palace, Taj Mahal in Agra. In Delhi you can visit various museums like Museum of National Arts, History Museum, Toilet Museum Sulabkh and Delhi zoo. Ghost-city Fatihpur-Sikri(40 km from Agra), temple of Krishna-Balaram-Mandir and lots of other interesting places can be seen in this wonderful country.
Downhill skiing resorts are situated in Auli, Dayara-Bugayal, Mundali. Goa is one of the best sea resorts.
