The crystal graces tables all over the world, but it all comes from one place: Waterford, Ireland. Naturally, the factory offers has a store for those on shopping visits, but it also offers tours that show how they blow and hand cut the leaded crystal. There are several other industries in Waterford City, owing to its natural port. The port has been a blessing and a curse for over a thousand years. It has opened the city to siege but also opened it to commerce. It is still in use today. Reginald's Tower, built by the Vikings, stands guard, but these days the hoarding masses tend to be tourists. The tower houses the city's civic museum and offers a great view of the city. Outside the city, you can choose to wander among small fishing villages or in the Comeragh Mountains. The small mountains, reaching to 1,300 feet, house Coumshingaun, a glacial cirque.

• Diplomatic Worker's Day (Russia)

This professional holiday was founded by the Decree of the President of Russia № 1279 from October, 31st, 2002 in commemoration of 200-year-old anniversary of Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Among diplomats also there is a version, that Day of the diplomatic worker is celebrated on February, 10th as this day in 1549 there was earliest mention of the Ambassadorial Order, the first foreign policy department of Russia.
