Chūō-ku is a ward (pop. 137,500) of Saitama City, Japan. It includes the geographical centre of the city. It is surrounded by Sakura-ku (to the west), Minami-ku (south), Urawa-ku (east) and Ōmiya-ku (north) of Saitama city. It is a part of the Greater Tokyo Area and located about 20 kilometres north of central Tokyo. Although its name is taken from the centre, it does not necessarily mean it function as the administrative (Urawa-ku), commercial or business (Ōmiya-ku) centre. It is rather sprawls from those centres.

Considering the important role of workers of tax service in development of a national economy and formation of incomes of the state budget, the President of Azerbaijan has decided to make February, 11th a Day of Formation of the Ministry of Taxes of the Azerbaijan Republic and to celebrate this day as a professional holiday of workers of tax service.
