The princedom of Liechtenstein is the independent state which is located in the Central Europe. This is one of the smallest states in the world, it borders on Switzerland and Austria.
State system is constitutional monarchy. The head of state is the prince.
Average temperature of January is -1 °С, and in July it’s near +21 °С.
The release of stamps brings the big income to the country. Especially developed industries are mechanical engineering, the food-processing industry, manufacturing of dentures. Basically the industrial enterprises are branches of the Swiss firms.
Mountain-skiing tourism deserves the special attention. Malbun resort is well known in Liechtenstein. The Museum of accounting machines, Prince’s Fort of XVI century, the Post museum, the historical museum in Vaduz. In an “old city” it is possible to see a Gothic Chapel and Wine factory of Vaduz.
Malbun Steg is a remarkable place for winter kinds of sports.
In the kingdom of Liechtenstein there is neither airport, nor the railways.
