The Duin & Kruidberg Country Estate is a five-star castle hotel, restaurant and conference centre, located in the magnificent Zuid Kennemerland National Park, close to Haarlem and Amsterdam. It was formed when two country estates, Duin & Berg and Kruidberg, were joined together. A WORLDHOTELS Deluxe Collection property, the hotel has 75 deluxe rooms, some of which are located in the country house, some in the new hotel wing. All rooms have spacious bathrooms, a desk, telephone, mini bar, safe, and Internet access.

The complex has five conference rooms, four break-out rooms and a business centre. The a la carte restaurant De Vrienden van Jacob is located in the former summer living room and sun lounge of the country house. Relaxation and fitness facilities include a gym and Finnish sauna. Duin & Kruidberg Country Estate is located 10 minutes from Recreational Area Spaarnwoude, where you can go hiking, biking, play golf, ride a horse, canoe and ski.

The origin of the holiday is in antique times when the Bulgarian lands were occupied by the tribes of the Thracians. Thracians worshipped Dionis, the God of wine and grapevines, more than other gods.
