The small state of Uganda is located in the central part of Africa, near to Lake Victoria.
Climate is equatorial monsoonal. The monthly average temperature fluctuates at a mark of +20 °С.
Uganda is a presidential republic. The country is divided into 38 districts.
The population of the country is engaged in agriculture. Here basically are grown up the food cultures for own needs. Animal industries are nomadic. The industry consists of the companiess which are engaged in processing of agricultural production. The main remarkable sight of Uganda is the museum of Kampala. In this museum the big collections of ethnographic and archaeological exhibits are gathered.
In the capital city there is the most considerable architectural monument of Uganda which is Rubaga Cathedral. In the city of Entebe there are zoological historical museums.

This professional holiday was founded by the Decree of the President of Russia № 1279 from October, 31st, 2002 in commemoration of 200-year-old anniversary of Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Among diplomats also there is a version, that Day of the diplomatic worker is celebrated on February, 10th as this day in 1549 there was earliest mention of the Ambassadorial Order, the first foreign policy department of Russia.
