Nestled on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors, The Feversham Arms Hotel is a haven of laid-back luxury in one of Britain's most spectacular landscapes. Comfort meets luxury without flounces and chintz. Owner and award winning hotelier Simon Rhatigan, (previously of Seaham Hall, and Raymond Blanc's Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons) has created a new style country hotel. The food is deeply rooted in the area that surrounds us, with an emphasis on game, lamb and seafood from nearby Whitby. The heart of the hotel is its' people. You will find the staff naturally welcoming, they are the kind of people you won't mind asking for something extra. There are 20 bedrooms, each has its' own individual character and decor and is equipped with Egyptian cotton sheets, soft and luxurious duck down pillows and duvets, a Bang and Oulfsen TV with integrated DVD and CD player with a selection of each, and a portable phone. We also have an outside heated swimming pool in our lovely poolside garden, and all-weather tennis courts. The hotel also offers meeting facilities and an Exclusive Use package where the hotel can become your own private playground.

The origin of the holiday is in antique times when the Bulgarian lands were occupied by the tribes of the Thracians. Thracians worshipped Dionis, the God of wine and grapevines, more than other gods.
