3. The ALT text of the banner may not exceed 50 symbols.
4. The banner must have visible borders (must be outlined with a frame different in color from the background).
5. We do not place banners containing large blinking graphical or text elements and/or background, banners with elements that abruptly move and thus drawing user’s attention away from the pages of the catalogue.

Requirements for advertisers’ sites:

• The page to which the stated url leads must not contain any subsidiary windows (PopUp or PopUnder).
• The page to which the stated url leads should be correctly viewed in the browser and should not contain any bugs in scripts or programs.
• We do not place ads leading to sites directly specializing in any advertising or promotion.

1. You should send to us flash files (.SWF), and stub images in format GIF, JPEG or PNG and their ALT texts. All the files belonging to the same advertising unit should have quite similar titles.
2. You can use Flash of the version not higher than 8.
3. It must be possible to pass by your link only through clicking the flash banner (using OnRelease event). When clicking on your banner the advertised site should open in a new window of the browser.
4. There should be no data exchange between flash banners and external sites, particularly, you must not use such constructions as
• loadMovie, loadMovieNum и класс MovieClipLoader
• loadVariables, loadVariablesNum и класс LoadVars
• XML.load, XML.send и XML.sendAndLoad

5. We do not accept flash banners with a switched off context menu, which makes it impossible for the users to stop the animation.

8. We do not accept banners interacting with the web page, particularly those that use constructions like getURL("javascript:") and procedures FSCommand, ExternalInterface.
9. Flash banner should correspond to the requirements of personal information confidence, particularly:
• you shouldn’t use SharedObject and LocalConnection;
• you can’t access a microphone or a video camera;
• you can’t access system clipboard (System.setClipboard);
• your SWF-files shouldn’t contain nonstandard SWF-tags helping to hide the code


10. You can be built video inside the flash banner
• The video file should be made in .flv format.
• The maximum file size is 5Mb.
• The video will be shown inside the flash banner with no additional windows.
• The demonstration of the video must be clearly initiated by the user and the user must have an opportunity to stop or restart the video. These services should be realized by the advertiser.
• The user must be informed about the size of the video file (example: text button "Show video (5 Mb)").
11. You can be built audio files inside the flash banner:
• The audio file should be made in .mp3 format.
• The maximum file size of the banner is 5Mb.
• The audio will be played inside the flash banner with no additional windows.
• The playback of the audio must be clearly initiated by the user and the user must have an opportunity to stop or restart the playback. These mechanisms should be realized by the advertiser. The user must be informed about the size of the file (example: text button "Play audio (5 Mb)").

• The reel should be made in .swf format.
• The maximum file size of the banner is 5Mb.
