Illkirch-Graffenstaden is a commune in the département of Bas-Rhin and the Alsace region of France. It is the second-largest suburb of the city of Strasbourg, and is adjacent to it on the south-southwest. In the 1999 census, Illkirch-Graffenstaden had a population of 20,052. The International Space University is located on the part of the campus of Strasbourg University laying on the territory of Illkirch-Graffenstaden.
