Völs am Schlern (Italian: Fiè allo Sciliar) is a municipality in the province of Bolzano-Bozen in the Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 60 km northeast of Trento and about 12 km east of Bolzano. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,118 and an area of 44.4 km². The municipality of Völs am Schlern contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Prato all'Isarco, Aica di Sopra, Peterbühl, S. Antonio, Fiè di Sopra, Presule, Novale di Presule, Santa Caterina, San Costantino, Umes, Aica di Sotto, Fiè di Sotto and Novale di Fiè (Blumau, Peterbühl, St. Anton, Oberaicha, Obervöls, Prösels, Prösler Ried, Steg, St. Kathrein, St. Konstantin, Ums, Unteraicha, Untervöls and Völser Ried). Völs am Schlern borders the following municipalities: Kastelruth, Karneid, Ritten and Tiers.
