Montesilvano is a comune and town in the Province of Pescara in the Abruzzo region of Italy. The town is located on the Adriatic Sea and offers many type of accommodations (Hotel, rent flats, B&B) and entertainment both for Italians and foreign tourists. At the 2001 census the municipality had a population of 40,700 inhabitants and a land area of 23.63 km² (9.12 sq mi).
