General Rules CityGames

The games of CityGames conducted on the following sites: Citycatalogue.ru, Citycatalogue.com, Citycatalogue.es, Citycatalogue.fr, Citycatalogue.it, Citycatalogue.de, Citycatalogue.nl (hereinafter – the “Site”). The games of CityGames consist of several independent games, the beginning and the end of which will be held at different times on the site of CityCatalogue. Participation in the games of CityGames is free.

These rules (hereinafter - the "Rules") are intended to regulate the relationship between the organizer of the games (hereinafter - "Organizer") and the participants of the games (hereinafter - the "Participants").

Each game of CityGames (hereinafter - "Game") has its own thematic topic and the questions related to this topic. The game begins after the first question is answered by the participant of the game.
Participants in the game should answer the questions, choosing only one correct answer out of the proposed options by the system. Each game includes 200 questions to be answered. Participants answer the questions via the interface of the site. The questions appear on various pages of the site and do not appear on those pages on which the participant has already made an attempt at answering a question. Additionally questions on pages of Citycatalogue are displayed randomly.
If a participant has decided not to take part in the games of CityGames, it is enough to cancel the participation in the personal cabinet http://cabinet.citycatalogue.com/. In addition if the participant does not participate in the game for 6 months, he will be excluded from the game of CityGames. The results of the game are stored in the rating of the game.
Organizer has the right to remove a member from the system with the cancellation of all the results achieved if the participant has not been active in the game for more than a year.

Every player starts the game with a zero score on the account and also zero-rated. It is possible to play any game as many rounds as you want. Each "round" of the game is 200 unique questions which are part of any game in CityGames. After passing the first "round", the player receives 100 points, 0.5 points for each correct answer to the question (0 points for a wrong answer). On the second and all other subsequent "rounds" player answers to already known issues, so they are evaluated differently: for the next "round" user receives 1 point and assigned the symbol "star", which is reflected in the rank table.

It is very important to know, that every player can earn bonus points and use them to increase their game score. This organizer follows this system of assessment:
for each city added with at least three photographs - 0.2 points;
for each added photo - 0,025 points.
Each picture must have a description (at least 30 characters)!
For the cities added without pictures no points are rewarded!
Each added city must have a description (minimum 300 characters) in at least one of the languages of the Citycatalogue portal, population, area code, area and coordinates (location on the map Citycatalogue).
For photos and descriptions taken from other resources, points will not be added!
If in the opinion of the organizer, the participant of the game enters false information, then the manager may penalize the participant up to 10 points.
Penalty system:

Liability for unauthorized copying and use of the photos is the participants full responsibility for publishing the resource on the Citycatalogue portal.

Each player may win any game at CityGames and get the win. Number of vitories is not limited. Money payments are made by the request of the player, after the amount of total points multiple 200 in each of the games.

Participants in the games of CityGames is open to all individuals of the adulthood and who are registered on the site. Adulthood is defined by the legislation of the country whose citizen is the participant of the game.

To become a participant of the game it is necessary to put a check in the box provided at registration or in your profile if the user is already registered on the site.

The participant can earn money by inviting friends to participate in the game. The participant receives 1€ in there referral account every time their friend earns 120 points in any of the games. To invite the other party it is required to use a unique link to invite friends, which can be found in the personal cabinet. Referring does not affect the speed of receiving the prize money in the game or the participants amount of points.

The participant becomes a winner when earning 200 points (hereinafter - "Medalist") and can therefore receive the winnings. Participation in the game in this case does not stop. By achieving a sum of 200 points again the participant again will become a winner. Winners of the game are determined automatically based on the rating of the players and the amount of extra points earned by them.

The rating is formed only by the amount of points earned in the game all other points earned by addition of content is not counted.
The participant can see the rating at any time during the play of the game in there personal cabinet http://cabinet.citycatalogue.com/.

Winners of the game can become an unlimited amount of participants.

Prize winners can receive there earnings at any time. In order to receive the prize the participant must fill out an application in their personal cabinet.

If the provided information was not sufficient by the player, the organizer of the game has the right to contact the user by e-mail which was provided during the registration process on the site.

In the case if the response from the winners had not been received within 30 days of the letter from the Organizer, the organizer may cancel the winnings of the Participant.

Winner of the game can receive the winnings in any of the following methods: transfer via PayPal, transfers to bank account, as well as transfer of funds to charities and mobile phone account.

Organizer of the games has the right to refuse to grant the prize winners in the event:
- If the Prize winner fails to comply with the rules of the game;
- If the winners are legally restricted or obliged;
- If the Prize winner took advantage of the site errors in order to win the game.

In the case of the above reasons, the participant may not become the owner of the prize and the winnings will be nullified.

Winnings will not be granted if they are obtained through the use of system failures, errors, application software and hardware, as well as any other action the organizer considered as dishonest.

Winners have the right to refuse his winnings. To do this he must, in writing, notify the organizer of the game.

Prize winner is solely liable for all the possible tax obligations in connection with the obtained winnings. The prize winner is responsible for all costs associated with the travel in getting the prize money.

The organizer is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, resulting from the use or inability to use the Games or the information about the game.

The organizer does not guarantee:
- That the game process will be provided continuously, quick, reliable and without any errors;
- The results obtained using the Games will be error-free;
- Quality of the game process will meet the users expectations.

The games of CityGames are not a lottery or gambling.

The organizer of the games of CityGames is HORS BV. However the organizer of the game is not responsible for failures in the games of CityGames and / or its sudden termination due to circumstances beyond their control.
The organizer has the right to send users e-mails or other messages containing advertisements or other information chosen by the organizer.

The portal administration requests that the players of the game do not click on any advertisements located on the site if there is no direct interest in them.
