Marmolejo is a 6,108 m (20,039 ft) high Pleistocene stratovolcano in the Andes on the border between Argentina and Chile. It is located just north of the active San José volcano, and has the distinction of being the southernmost 6,000 meter peak in the world.

From July, 6 till July, 14th in Pamplona is celebrated a holiday, devoted to St. Fermin, bishop living in ХIII century, who rescued Pamplona from plague epidemic. Being first purely religious, later the holiday has turned in colourful national celebrations.
