On July, 26th, 1959 at 5 o`clock 15 minutes a.m. purely symbolical Council of Ministers declared July, 30th the day of celebration of all martyrs of the Cuban revolution. Date has been chosen not casually - this was a day when Franc Pais Garcia, Raul Puhol and Ren Ramos Latour died in battles.
