In 1991 by Governmental decision the Defence State Committee (at Ministerial council) has been founded, and on December, 5th by the order of President Vazgen Sargsjan has become the Minister of Defence. On January, 28th, 1992 the historical decision "About defence of RA" was accepted, accepting the fact of creation of the Armenian National Army.
